This is a super cute outfit for Halloween or use the two items separately with other outfits. Shrug is great over mini dresses and tops for clubbing or special occasions. The tank is brand new (without tags) with a gathered bust and stretch lacey straps. The shrug is made of stretch lace and has long sleeves that are ruched (gathered) all the way up. The tank is Jr. L, so fits more like a M and the shrug is S and will fit M. So if you wear a M these should fit and both pieces stretch.
