This is a 5x7 autographed high gloss photo of horror film actress, P.J. Soles.She is best known for her roles as Norma Watson in Carrie (1976) and Lynda van der Klok in Halloween (1978). She was also in Rock 'n' Roll High School (1979) and played Bill Murray's girlfriend in the movie Stripes (1981).
The photo comes with a certificate of authenticity which can be seen in the second and third pictures above.
