This lovely butterfly measures 3 3/4" wide and 3 1/4" tall. Made by me and my embroidery machine (I pick the fabric and thread, and watch as my machine does the work! For this beauty I chose an aqua color of fabrics and varigated thread in shades of blues and violets to accent the wings. When you choose the fabric to apply your butterfly on, be careful on the weight of that fabric. If it is something like a backpack (which some are quite porous material you may wish to sew this on (machine or hand) instead of applying glue. It may require more glue than the applique could hndle and seep through the delicate fabric of the wings, and ruin it. This is so pretty and I hope that you like it!
