measured with tape. comes out to 9 inches.

my foot measures 9 inches, but when I put these on, the top strap is tight and the top edge and bottom edge barely cover the bottom of my foot. I needed their version of an 8.5 which is really weird because most of the time size 8 fits me perfectly.

They are so cute. Wish I could wear them, but... Found them at the Flea Market. Next time I'll try them on before I buy them. :)
