This is a very stretchy onesie with a lot or more like a massive amount of ruffles sewn on hence it is one piece. Snaps at the diaper area and is pretty easy to get off and on. Tag says 60% cotton 35% polyester and 5% spandex. You also have to hand wash this per the tag with cold water and line dry. Huge flower on the front ,on top of silver embroidered thread lines then a pretty pink bow under the flower. This is so little girl and was a gift to my granddaughter then she crawled around in it and got very frustrated and my daughter never considered putting it on a second time. You know how that goes babies moods are different day to day, So it could be listed as new with one try on. It really is pretty and she looked adorable in it too
