Up for bids is one Hartz ultra guard plus flea and tick collar. It is white with "fresh scent" and is water resistant.
This is brand new still factory sealed in package. It is for puppies. It kills fleas & ticks and prevents eggs from hatching. 7 month protection.

This doesn't come in contact with the skin.
It is a collar not a medication.

it can come in contact with skin not only animals but also humans and don't forget about the hairless dogs, you know the ones that don't have fur llike the Chinese Crested or the American hairless terrier and yes its a medication its a pesticide that kills bugs on animals. I listed flea meds on here and it got deleted.

Frontline penetrates the skin to be stored in the sebaceous glands of the treated animal, that's why yours got pulled I would think, keyshanjoe. Flea collars are like Off Clip-On Mosquito Repellents in that they are worn but do not penetrate the skin in order to kill fleas. I can't imagine why they would pull a flea collar.

this is not a medication cause the last time i want to the vet i asked if flea and tick collars where medication and they told me it is not a medication . what is medication is frontline plus the flea treatment
