Description

The listing, Soft Claws for Cats & Dogs has ended.

Soft Claws, also known as Soft Paws, were developed by a veterinarian to take care of cat scratching problems. Each pack contains 40 tips, glue, and applicator tips. Soft Claws are vinyl nail caps that are a great alternative to declawing. You just glue the nail caps to your cats claws, and you are set.- and they come in many fun colors. Soft Claws cat claw covers help protect you and your home from problem scratching. If you've tried other ways of preventing your cat from scratching, you'll really appreciate the simplicity and effectiveness of Soft Claws.

Note: These are also available for dogs too! All sizes!

At the end of the auction just tell me what color and size (one size for cats) you want and i will have them shipped directly to you.
Questions & Comments

these are good! AND a great alternate to declawing.. before you put them on, trim the cats' nails and wash their paws. (this can be done just with mild dish soap.) But don't forget to let the paws dry completely before applying Soft Paws.. lol ;-D

I agree with everyone who has good stuff to say, I think these are awesome & I haven't seen anything like it before myself! I totally need these for my cat, he is such a pain in the butt when it comes to clipping them & gets way too much joy out of swatting at my lets as i walk past him in one of his hiding spots...hahaha this would be too funny to get, & even though my cat is male, i might just get hot pink to entertain myself :D hahahaha! This is an awesome auction. I bet you would do well if you posted more just like this!
fanning you & watching this one close!

Thanks for the awesome comment! My cat has the hot pink ones and it is hilarious to see her sitting there with her little attitude, lmao. She has such a personality, it blows my mind. Anyway, good luck and I will definitely post more.

my cats a rascal. are these easy to get off if she chewed on them? because theres a good chance if they came off shed eat them.
Jan 10th, 2012 at 2:52:56 AM PST by
Original
They come with a special glue that keeps them on, of course you have to follow the directions and clip the nails before applying. My cat (a rascal as well) tried to take them off for a bout a day, without success, and then gave up. They stay on for about two months. Its good to get a bright color so you notice when the first one falls off or you can just change them out before that happens.

They were created by a vet so don't you think this problem has already been looked into. They don't stay on forever, but you would know this if you have read my previous comments. They are sealed on there by glue so there would be no problem with moisture getting underneath and growing any kind of moisture.

OMG, these are just too stinkin' cute! I don't have enough credits to bid yet but I'm gonna watch to see if you put more up. My kitty is declawed but her back claws are like needles and she's always sinking them into my legs when she sits on my lap. My Aussie Collie has longish black nails that have shredded me many times when we play. So Imma need itty bitty and gargantuan sizes....lol

Ok, These are a Wonderful Idea to use. For my cats, but ... I dont think they would sit through me gluing them on and on top of that 4 paws and how many nails r on the paws. I would Love to have these but have someone else put them on, cuz my cats will CLAW THE SKIN RIGHT OFF OF YA.

I only put them on the two front paws and there are five nails on each paw. Its not really that bad but I'm sure you can get them put on at a pet salon or groomer.

these are great! but i am worried my dog would eat it when they become loose.
Jan 17th, 2012 at 9:07:42 AM PST by
Original
Yeah that might become a problem, I was reading a review where a persons cat could not stand them and would chew them off every time. My cat did fine with them but i guess every pet is different. The good thing is, you can try them for free here and if you like them and they work for your pet then you can purchase them later. If not, there is no money being wasted.

whats wrong with the kitties, they like having fake nails. I'm sure you wear fake nails and nobody is saying poor you, lol. JK , it doesn't hurt them. Would you rather have them declawed. Thats like cutting your finget off!
