I am not sure why you would not take concealed cash. With getting a post office money order I would have to pay for that, pay for the shipping to send it to you with trqcking, pay for credits to win. Then pay for the shipping for you to send me the book. At the end this would be an experience book.

I don't recommend cash through the mail just in case it doesn't find it's way here. But if your comfortable sending it I really don't mind.
