my lil terrier mix is about 7 lbs but she seemes to think she cant move when i put anything on her lol. it should fit nicely. they velcro on the tummy is real adjustable and it is so soft. :)

Largest around chest is 20" and smallest is 16" around belly lg est- 23" and sm est-18" from top of collar to the bottom is 13"
