Its missing the track ball but I'm sure you can replace it easy oh and I've found perks to the phone like if you don't want to get a track ball you simply press menu twice the s twice then press m then easily slide your pinky and you can see your messages then simply press u for unread messages and once you switch they can reset the whole phone I know it sounds like too much but its not once you get the hang of it you can still call and save numbers and go online you just gotta get a hang of the buttons but I will send a explaining letter with the phone that way its better for the winner to understand the phone lol
