This Stuff is Free Too:
Description

The listing, PocketPC - iPAQ 3670 has ended.

This is a great PDA for heavy Outlook 2000/2003 users, providing seamless syncing of contacts, email and calendar information. (It includes "Pocket" versions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.)

The unit features a large 3.8 inch screen, screen-wide handwriting recognition, a 206MHz processor, 64MB RAM, 16MB ROM and a "jacket" expansion connector.

I bought this unit used. (I never did use it because I won a newer version shortly after buying it!) The screen is in great shape. There are minor scratches on the body of the unit but nothing major.

Included is the PDA, stylus and sync cable.

The battery was dead and I removed it rather than shipping dead weight. (I tried using a separate battery analyzer/charger because the built-in chargers won't start if the battery voltage is too low.The battery won't hold any charge.) Replacement batteries kits run about $10 on eBay and about $15 on Amazon which includes shipping. The unit powers up fine using USB, but needs to be setup each time since there is no battery. (I needed to reboot my windows box once after installing ActiveSync.)

It can be charged over USB with the sync cable.

It also has an external connection for an auxiliary charger, I'll dig around to see if I can find it. (I'm hesitant to ship it though, because it will probably push the shipping over the USPS First Class Mail 13oz limit.)

No, this version didn't have bluetooth or wifi. You need an add-on card for either of those...

It is only most effective for syncing Outlook via ActiveSync.

Yes, it takes a somewhat specific Compaq/HP battery.

If you use eBay, search for "3670 battery," you will get about 100 "Buy It Now" results. The cheapest run about $10 with shipping, you can spend another $5 for an extended battery. You want to get the ones that include a tool, unless you already have a "Torx" screwdriver set.

If you prefer, Amazon has several as well... Here is the first one that comes up http://amzn.to/9ccnUF. It is about $10 plus shipping.

There is a little Make article on changing the battery, if you want to see what is involved... http://bit.ly/dbiOr0 It is not too hard if have opened electronics before.

No. It is identical to the last one I auctioned, you need a "jacket" expansion and WLAN card.
