Are these real? Do you know how large the pearl is? How long is the necklace?

i am not sure if they are real, it is 17 inches long and the pearls are odd shapped not perfectly round look like fresh water pearls i scraped across front teeth and no paint came off and the clasp does need to be replaced had them for over 30 years

Yes these pearls are the real deal (freshwater pearls), I recently got a freshwater pearl necklace such as this one and are real as can be. This is an item worth waiting for!
