U should take a pictures of the back with the cover off to show phone imei # and model # for phone compatablity questions. And also to show the water damage stickers .Also with the phone on and working Just some advice. Thanks and good luck.

Yes, it tilts the final words "tilt screen" in the description answers this. HTC made this PDA for ATT and Sprint, depending on which depends on if it takes a sim card or not. Being it's called a "Touch Pro 2" tells me it's most likely the Sprint version, being the ATT version was called the ATT Tilt. It's a very complicated device but well worth it. For a complete description and things you can do with this priceless device, including downloading free programs and even changing the ROM itself. Go to www.xda-developers.com to help with what this device can do. Great phone!! If I had ATT or Sprint I would bid on this quickly!!!
