A steady stream will spout if you move the silver band up. If you move the silver band down, it will become a shower spray. It can swivel 360 in both directions. You can remove the stainless steel strainer for easy cleaning by unscrewing the silver band.

I have no idea how to determine what amount of credits is worth $2.20 postage shipping cost. You could cover shipping cost by mailing me the stamps as others have done. Or if you don't use PayPal you could mail the cash securely concealed. Hope this will help.
