I can guarantee it is NOT new. It was given to me by someone who was cleaning out a closet. If it helps....first character is #01 Bulbasaur and last character is #150 Mewtwo.
At bottom of poster is says Copyright 1995, 1996 and 1998. So I guess it is vintage! LOL!
