I got this coat on here for my fennway (chichuahua) and it is too big... I will post pics as soon as i can... and my chi is a bigger one of the breed (he is 10 pounds)... it is green and black fleeced lined rain/winter coat

16 in. long (not including the hood) strap is 28in and the width of the jacket is 13in. the tag says small but it is HUGE on my 10 pound fennway

Your baby must have been swimming in this coat. I just measured Sage and this coat should work fine for him.

I know what you mean. I bid on a wonderful coat and it was a bit small. I was able to pass it on to a friend's dog named Tiffany and it fits her perfectly.
