Look at it like this bidders - it's a free candy bar when they're on sale. It's a free pack of Juicy Fruit gum. It will cost the seller more to send the card than the card is worth, but it's their stamp. I've seen people on here go nuts over $1.00 Amazon cards. They've bid well into the hundreds to save $1.00 on Amazon, and I've asked myself why.
Cents can be written with a dollar sign ($) and a decimal point (.), like this: $0.25 The cents would come after the decimal, and a zero would come before the decimal, to let other people know that you only have cents and not whole dollars. It should have had a 0 after the dollar sign to make it clear.
One more thing.... why don't people read the descriptions before they bid? It might seem silly to some, but it's a fair auction. She didn't misrepresent anything.
