Remove the test from the package(do not open package until you are ready to use it)have them pee in a disposable cup, remove the cap Frome the test part,then dip the absorbent part of the test into the fresh Urine (do not put the plastic part of test down in the Urine,only the absorbent part) leave it in the Urine for 10 to15 seconds (until the urine is absorbed to the wavy lines but not all the way up to the test panel) replace the cap over the absorbent part & wait 5 minutes,after 5 minutes you will have the test results, immediately read it after 5 minutes no longer that that
