Start your own LIVING privacy fence with these.. Relatives to the Hibiscus family. Can be grown as shrubs, hedges, or trees. One of the last to bud out in the spring, and a later bloomer, usually July/August. I am starting a fence row with these between myself and my neighbor. So far I have a white, red, lavender, pink, and a blue one planted.

about how big are the blooms across?
