I dropped it! The Screen took a beating! I Kept it for months this way, using a screen protector and scotch tape! (All tape is removed; all cleaned up for you!) (I'm throwing in a screen protector for you to use until you get the screen replaced!) EVERYTHING WORKS!!! I replaced this device with a iPhone 3GS... Those beautiful pics were taken with the iPhone... I hide nothing! it needs a new glass & a case and it almost new! Ask many Questions, Bid many times!
I took pictures of the note app to show that the digitizer works in all places! There's a special picture showing that this puppy is jail-broken!! (To the best of my knowledge, this is 100% legal)

has it been factory reset as per Listia rules?

it has been reset! the apps that are installed are directly from my iTunes account on my PC. the jailbreak & mod apps r firmware, but can be removed as easily as any other installed ware. I've see a couple other iPods listed with the jailbreak and don't recall them being removed. in the event that my case becomes different, I will remove the jailbreak apps as well. thanks for inquiring!

nope! everything functions 100%... one of the pictures above shows that I pushed each keyboard key, and at least one pic shows that each part of the digitizer functions! thanks for asking!

definitely fixable! I just found a deal on an iPhone 3GS, so I went with it! even had a friend offer to repair it if I bought the replacement... google "iPod touch 4th gen screen" for price comparisons...
