On the shipping part. I sent out a few things in the flate rate boxes and they both cost me $15.65 + to send. So, What is your advice? I don.t have small stuff usually. I do however have some lighter envelope size things this time and lighter in weight. But, what do I do when I list my braa candle stick? They are heavy.

Unless you put 50-70 pounds in a large flat rate box you can ship cheaper by putting in a plain or sometimes I wrap the box in brown paper and ship parcel post or 1st class. I have almost always found it to be cheaper than flat rate. I ship my jewelry in a large padded envelope and its always $1.71. You can use the USPS site to kind of figure out what it will cost to ship with their shipping tools. I don't have a scale so I have to guesstimate on the larger items as to the weight. Comes pretty close though. Hope this helps. I only ship with confirmation if its an expensive or high credit item also. Haven't lost a thing in the mail so far and to my good luck all of my winners have been nice honest people.

Ouch! Get you some rechargable batteries and a charger. Save in the long run! I got a deal at radio shack where I get 15% off batteries for a lifetime.

I'm far too old to do it now but I used to meet some very nice men at saturday afternoon matinees, taking there kids to the movies.
