This is a size small, about 4.5- 5 lb. doggie, but it stretches very nicely for a medium doggie too. I will be putting another one up momentarily for a large dog. They are so cute on and they have 4 good-sized silver bells around the collar. It is made by, "Plush Puppies". It is very soft and not too tight as to choke a puppy. It is really pretty for the famous Christmas family photo, that we like to send out. The dogs do seem to like it as they parade around all proud and cute. They really are adorable.

The length of this necklace is about 17" around. These are very stretchy and do not choke your dog. I believe that this will also fit loosely on a medium size puppy. They are very well made and the dogs seem to be very happy while wearing it. ☃️❄️.
