It's an XL it would have fit me good just not in my arms I lift alot. I help my husband and he makes me hold things and I carry our son all the time and pick him up all the time LOL

measure the arms for me if you can my arms are about 12 inches around with a regular tape measure lol u should see me trying to measure my arm with metal lol im talking about around not length
