Get you an 8 oz glass of water,make sure you do this over the sink, it'll get a little messy!, put about 3 teaspoons of baking soda in, and lastly, squeeze about a tablespoon or more of lemon juice! that's it! set your glass in the sink let it do its foaming, soon as its done...(it doesn't taste great, but the lemon juice helps) drink up, all of it!! plug your nose if you have to, this stuff works you gotta make yourself do it!
