the waist is 14 1/2 inches, that is button and measuring from one side to the other...i dont have the proper measuring tool to measure around, so i just measured across while they were buttoned...hope this helps

do they fit bigger than a 0 i know American eagle runs a lil bigger just wonder cause im a 0 to a 1 so i was wonder if they fit more like a 2/

Perfect length, it's hard to find 28" inseam! Do they say they are a 0 short? Also, now I am worried that they will be to big if they fit like a two....if it is not to much trouble, could you measure they waist?

My daughter wore a 0 and they fit her with a little room, i would say maybe a 1 would fit but if its a two , i think it would be pushing it.....american eagle does fit alittle bit bigger , but two sizes bigger i couldnt say that they would for sure....they are 0 short...will have to mesure waist here in a bit..thanks for looking
