Okay..I struggled with today's promo, most of the items I have are very hard to let go of but my Mom let me peek into her jewelry box and this is one of the pieces she didn't mind letting go off. I really like this bracelet myself and it became more interesting as I started researching it. It is made of Pewter and made by Kirk Stieff. It has the name Violet engraved on the inside of it, and it also has numbers 900-2. I had no idea what pewter was before now and it's actually a mixture of metals, 9 parts tin to 1 part copper. Pewter dates back to the 1600's. Sorry for the history lesson, I just found that this piece was very fun to learn about. It is rather heavy and has very pretty etched flowers all the way around it. Don't think whoever wins this will be disappointed at all. Check out the info on the last two pictures, it even gives instructions on how to clean your pewter.
