4TH TIMES THE CHARM FOR THIS BEAUTIFUL VERY FULL TUTU. (Sorry about the poor picture quality, there is just so much I can do with the built in webcam on my P.C..) This Tutu will fit a newborn to at leaste a year. It is on an elstic waiste band so it stretches and is 6 inches in length. This Tutu has been listed several time's and each time it has been won the winner wanted a custom Tutu (Custom Tutu's are only available with G.I.N. Option. Up to 3 colors, up to size 5 T and 10 inches in length.) This little beauty is made and ready to go. It is taking up room in my Tutu closett. I use finer quality Tulle on all of my Tutu's so they don't just hang limp, they poof like a Tutu should.
