Yes it should. And I just tried it in a Medium flat rate box to see if it would fit. And it just made it! lol
So, whatever the cost for a med. flat rate priority would cost I forget I'll have to check. Unless someone else can tell me if you guys know it. Thanks!

Okay, I just looked it up to be 100% sure...
And the cost is $10.95 Priority Mail® Medium Flat Rate Box .

It's the Large flat rate that you were thinking of cause that one costs $14.95 for a large Flat Rate Box.
So for future refference you guys know now. :o) And Small flat rate is $5.20
