The package says they are nose studs-
However in taking to the lady @
Hot Topic they can also be used for the
lip, which is why I purchased them. I have
found that I do like having the hoop though.
Didn't think I would.
This item is brand new- I tried to get as
good of pics that I could. I also tried very
hard to show the staple is still in place.
Any one who has bought at Hot Topic
should be able to tell.
