um how would i figure that out on a cuff it can be small or big by stretching the metal

Measure the inside including the gap. Some might fit small even when you can adjust it. I have had some like that. TY!

2 to 3 inches i guess if i did it right but it can go smaller or bigger i have a normal wrist and i had it when i had a small wrist so it will fit most any!! im sure
