This phone is in IMMACULATE condition and I know it works well as it was used on my account for a short period of time.

i can send out the item as soon as it ends. it does have a sim card slot but would need to be unlocked first. you could hire a service to do it for you or call Verizon and obtain the unlock code. a little more red tape involved there. this, along with all smart phones, will require a data plan.

can I activate it on my verizon acct. that is already established, lost my phone and it is too early for me to update. Is the esn clean??

that would be a perfect situation for this phone, Debra! it was activated on my account for a period of time, so the esn is clean of course. It does not come with a charger because I didn't get it with one, but it takes the universal standard charger.
