This is a size 7 SETA ring, marked on the inner band. I'm unsure of the metal or the stone but it's a bright blue when it hits the light. This was purchased in a lot of costume jewelry from a gentleman in town. The band doesn't show any wear to it at all and still holds its gold color, no tarnishing or thinning either. Very possibly could be gold or covered sterling silver but doesn't show markings to say. It's rather old judging by the design, the gentleman they came from was in his mid 80's.
