This is a rare player's national championship ring awarded by the team. This is from South Carolina State College, (at the time..now renamed South Carolina State University). This is a 1982 national championship ring for football. very ornate ring. see photos.Ring description: top of the ring is a blue stone with the letters SCSC across. going around the stone it reads "Black National champions".
One 1 side is an engraved football player running with the ball with the year 1982 above it.
On the other side is a bulldog engraving with the name bruce above it. In side the ring it is engraved with Goldlance Trillium.
Handsome looking national championship ring. Has some light wear to it. It will clean up nicely though.
