I do not believe so, I know It is less than if you were sending it to the US from Canada because I have gotten enveloppes from the US where it shows it was 75 cents, and padded mailers which are marked $1.49-1.75. In Canada to send just an enveloppe it costs $1. But I don't know the difference in price for mailing within the US though.

It cost a couple dollars more to send it internationally to Canada. I checked today. So I'll cover the initial cost, what it would be like to ship here in the US, and whatever extra it would be to ship to Canada will be the winners responsibility. Just so you know. I only take paypal for payments.
