Description

The listing, Terraria (PC) (2011) (Steam) has ended.

This is one of my favorite multiplayer sandbox games on Steam. Winner will receive the game through Steam's trade feature, but the winner does not have to offer anything in return other than the credits on Listia. (I think this is obvious, but I have to state this after some past confusion.)

Okay, so Terraria, what do I say about you...

This is a free-roaming sandbox game with multiplayer lan/online capabilities and a lot of Minecraft-ish features. Every world is created randomly, so the game never truly ends, and the game runs well on somewhat old hardware. I am able to run the game on my 2.4GHz WinXP laptop with its Intel chipset, so yeah, it runs very well.

If you have any concerns or just want to talk about the game, post a comment below!

Steam is free and works on Windows and Mac. If you want to know more about it, go here: http://store.steampowered.com/about/

Terraria is a Windows-only game. You can get more information about it at http://store.steampowered.com/app/105600/

Terraria is more about combat than anything else, but don't get me wrong, it takes a lot of its gameplay style from Minecraft. I personally prefer Terraria, because it is a lot less about cubes.

^I think @HandyLizard means Terraria and Minecraft.

A bit, the concepts are similar. Minecraft is 3D whereas Terraria is 2D.

Thank you. I understand people make typos, and HandyLizard was probably tired.

I don't see an iPhone being more comfortable than a traditional computer, but there is a convenience factor, isn't there?

When you state "Winner will receive the game through Steam's trade feature" What does that mean exactly? Is it a new feature within the steam community where friends can trade games that have been previously purchased?
