I'm not sure the heel size, they are a women's size 10, i found them to be comfortable just not wide enough for my feet.

I didn't get enough time to send them before the winner filed a dispute. I had sent items out before with a dispute and the winner let the dispute go on until after the required dispute time he got the credits and the items. So when the dispute was filed I automatically refunded the credits.
