I'm not sure about the wifi, becuase when I had this phone, I did not have internet on my plan. But it is not touch screen.

The samsung Strive is the first Quick Messaging Device with Wi-Fi that AT&T offered, it is not a touch screen but it does have Wi-Fi. It is actually a very good device from what I was told by several that had it. To my knowledge it can be used as a pre-paid/go-phone device, should be possible to unlock to use with other GSM (and GSM only) providers as this is a GSM only phone. If used on a post-paid (or contract services) line a messaging package will be required, but not on pre-paid, unless terms have changed since I last looked.
