Fanned and watching, my step-dad is a star wars fanatic and when I say fanatic, I mean that he could start a star wars museum lol and watchs and talks about star wars on a daily basis haha its a religion to him :)

I hear ya. I like comedys and such. I saw part of a Star Wars movie and turned it off. I couldn't sit through that. Thought some one would enjoy the Star Wars pens. I gave my son in law a set for Christmas. He loves them. Won't let any one touch them.

They are long movies, gota love the pause button :) He will never part with the force lol is this the set from lakeside collection? I searched for star wars o n here for him and I couldn't believe how much some of its going for, I was like "WOW"!

I am not sure. I don't keep up with any of this stuff or the collection part. My daughter told me about the set and I went looking EVERY WHERE. I finally found them a few days before Christmas. I kinda like the stop button better. My hubby is into Tarzan and James Bond. ANd I don't care for either of them either. He has his own DVD player so he can go to the den and watch his movies.

It's nice when they can go away and watch something without bothering us lol. Some things are hard to find, some only in catalogs or stores like hollywood collectibles, and others in almost every store. The lakeside collection is a catalog and is also the name of their website, they have all kinds of unique items that you usually don't find elsewhere.

Ok. Thanks for letting me know. I think that is the one my son in law has to get his Star Wars items from. He has about everything now.
I don't collect much of anything except angels, and a few handmade wood items. LOL Don't want more stuff to deal with.

I was reading some where that keeping collections of items minimal to about 15, especially large items. I like to collect dragons and believe me, what I like and look for is hard to come by, I have about 12-15 right now and not trying to get anymore until I get a display cabinet for them lol. They are hard to clean and dusting is constant where I live so, I've put them away for the time being. I've seen some woodwork and angels on here :) and you can find them with lakeside, too :) I like them, they have a lot of nice stuff and most is fairly priced.

Living on SSI makes it hard to want to buy anything. Right now we don't make ends meet as it is. But I LOVE my angels figurines, books, book markers etc.

Sorry to hear that :( struggling here ourselves...my Uncle is on ssi and I live with him to help him, and I only live week by week with wage garnishment, so I understand where you're coming from. I will be listing some books here as soon as the 2 auctions I have are over with. I'm new to auctioning so, I don't want to much on my hands right now with offering free shipping. Just don't want to get to crazy and not be able to ship lol.

Welcome to Listia. Don't let it get to you. Always go by Listia rules and you will be ok. Take it slow. I am slowing down on my auctions since people expect things to be shipped free. So now means fewer for me. SSI does not go far. Shipping going up and income isn't. Good Luck!

Also, I usually buy my grandmother an angel for her birthday, Christmas, etc, so when I buy for her, I will think of you, too :) also, I probably also have book markers I can list. I just need to go through my stuff as I go along :) I may even just include one in the books :)
