I have an Axion Handheld Portable DVD Player 3.6" inch Lcd Monitor, works also as compact disc and MP3 player.

There is a switch to turn the audio video from output to input so you can use it as a monitor. It plays compact discs, and plays mp3's as well.

It plays standard DVD movies (Bugs life dvd not included) has A/V output to play on a bigger monitor if you like. Unit has built-in speakers and a rechargable batter, but read below...

Unit does have a recharable battery, and comes with a plug-in power supply, Unit has a some minor scratches but it does not affect the picture viewing.
This is a nice unit to give to the kids for the car, or just to play with.

The DVD it will fit, but I dont know if it will be enough room for the charger, but I`ll try to shipp it at the lowest cost that I can....you have my word on that....!!!!!

So you have to hold it to view a movie - it only lays flat there's no kickstand or anything?

It has a small kickstand in the back when you want to put it on a flat surface (table, nigth stand, etc), but if you use it on the car you can get the straps to hold it against the head rest on the passanger or driver seat. Straps are sold in walmart for a couple of bucks (unexpensive item).
