I got this waist trainer on listia where it was claimed it fit a 30" to 34" waist size XL. I tried it on but it did not fit. Because it didn't fit all it did was roll up. I have a 30" waist. Truthfully, this waist trainer would probably fit a 26" to 28" waist so it is not XL. I washed it in the washer since I did try to put it on.
