The listing, Motorola Razr V3 has ended.

This is used and does have some scratches and scuff marks on it. Everything works. Screens have a few small marks but nothing major. Both screens had screen protectors on them, the inside one still does.
Comes with the battery and wall charger NO SIM card is included with this phone. For use with AT&T.
It is NOT unlocked.

It's not unlocked so it works with AT&T only. Unless you figure out how to unlock it, I don't know the process.
