This is illegal, if I'm not wrong. when you find artifacts, such as these, you should notify a local archaeology group/University and have THEM investigate the site. They would then inform you better about said artifacts.

i think that is if it not private property, i checked into it there is tons on ebay

I know at any national or state park it is very illegal to take anything even pine cones out of the park

Good items. Fanned you. I don't think it's illegal, outside a state park, to pick up arrow heads! Indians moved freely and widely all over the country side, camped, fished, ect. You can find arrowheads in many places. Not all are sites of any importance to archeology or anthropology.
