how much is the shipping? or is it free if u live in the usa

So far, the shipping for most of the "lighter weight" necklaces have been running 1.71 plus .80 for tracking confirmation, for a total of 2.51. If paid through paypal I just ask for a straight 3.00 as after Paypal takes their fee that is about exactly what is left for shipping cost. I have the shipping actually under what it will cost me to ship it. It cost 1.71 to ship and .80 for tracking/delivery confirmation, it will cost me 2.51 to send to winner, I am only asking winner to pay 2.00. Thank You for Looking and Happy Bidding!
