The listing, lg chocolate touch from verizon has ended.

I won this on here but was not told about the screen. If u look on the left there is something red on underneath scree. Now I think if u put a cover on it, u wouldn't see it. Phone is in pretty good condition other wish. I did activate it and it works just fine, other than I can't get speakerphone on or maybe I don't know how to work it. It is a smartphone and u do need atleast the 9.99 package. This would be a good starter phone for a kid or a good back up or regular phone if u buy a cover to cover cosmetic stuff. The charger doesn't come with the phone but if the phone goes over 2500 I will ship charger with it...Heres are some features of the phone:

my friend has this phone and she has to have one and when i called to activate it, verizon ask me what package i wanted, so i don't know why she doesn't have a data package

I would call to see I know before they were making people get $9.99 data package but they quit that let me know what ya find out.

I mentioned that in a different comment. I called them when I activated this one and they asked me what data package I wanted because they consider it a smarphone

i don't know much about this ok, i won it on here and it was not as described. ALL i do know is that it when i activated it, verizon wanted to know what data package i wanted because it needed one. And depends on where in Ohio you live. I work 2 jobs and thats why its best for me to ship because i work alot

I have this phone now and when I started using it in 2010 they made me get the $9.99 data package in order to use this phone. I don't know if they changed it since then but in 2010 Verizon considered this a smartphone when it actually is not.
