Up for auction is this New! Goth Punk Style Layered Black Skirt. I believe size is closer to a large. I'm a victim of Asian sizing again. I ordered a XXL but this fits closer to a large.
Measurements are (lying flat) 15 1/2 inches across for waist. The first layer measures 13 inches long with the second layer measuring about 26 inches long. The second layer is cut at an angle leaving a little peekaboo action for the right leg .
I love it! So cute! Guess I'll have to learn to sew to get something this cute in my size that I can afford ;)
This is a polyester blend and machine washable
Comes from a smoke free and cat free home

What size waist will it fit ??? If I go by what you said when it lays flat. That would be a 31in waist. Would that be correct ??? Does it have an "give" ??? Does it stretch at all ??? Can it be adjusted ??? Can it be altered (an extra piece put in if needed )??? Sorry for all the questions. Just checking before bidding to make sure the fit would be right. Thank you.

It would be 31 inches for the waist. It's made of a heavier material and doesn't have any stretch or give to it. I have no idea about if it can be altered since I can't sew though. Sorry, I'm sewing challenged ;) The lacing in front of the waist looks like it's just decorative
