Hi - Just a helpful hint - You might get more people looking at this if you corrected your spelling. : ) It's Saddlebag.

Also your pics are very blurry. You can't see the saddlebag clearly at all.

I have seen scooters with bags before but not with a bag as big as this one I have another set that might work better only problem with them is it got stuck in the back wheel of my buddys bike and it chewed one of the bags up

yeah its repairable you could do it yourself with a bigger riviot or take it to a leather shop its just a holding strap for bikes with metal saddlebag gards
