I bought it off Craigslist and after I factory reset it I had to put in the original owners Google account info to unlock it which I cannot get because I have never been able to get a old of the person I bought it from ...Hope that helps thank you

I thought when you factory reset a phone, you get to start from anew and you get to put your own google account in phone?? Is there two options when resetting phone and starting from beginning ?
