Marked Sarah Cov and has safety chain - a sign of a fine quality jewelry item. Beautiful stones, in scarab style, Safety chain needs repair and I'll leave that and any polishing up to you. Measures 7" or so when clasped. Highly collectible and often designed by better designers of the day for Sarah Coventry.
