Yes, that's what it is...and ALL it is...It's a sticky pad charger base so the phone can sit upright and you can read it from a distance---and also keep it safe from spills, etc.

Im trying to understand how to use this. Does it charge through the PHONES charging port or something else? My boyfriends charging port is pretty shot and trying to find something that will charge his phone without having to use the charging port. I know its close to end of auction, but Im hoping you can answer for me. Thanks!
