That looks an awful lot like the one you get from Apple as a replacement for the 1st Gen. NANO and if it is, its only got a 90 warranty from apple!

He knows the auction is for a 90 day warrantied iPod. This was the replacement issued for the 1st Gen. replacement! And if its not then I apologize. But with that tab green tab its a replacement from apple. If it were new it would be in a clear box!

sorry haven been on here in awhile but i won this ipod in a raffle at church but the clear box cord etc are all with it dont rly need it though bcuz i have a touch and from what i read it is a one yr warranty and no the other auction i didnt post accurately so i started over on a new one there is only one item for auction disregard the other auction because some of the info such as the bids and date are off thn tons u guys and best of luck
